3D laser scanning allows capturing all the complexity of
the present installations in a power station without any contact with these objects. The measurement
accuracy (5mm on each point) renders a very high quality 3D as-built model.
The laser scanner technology can also be adapted to several monitoring works (cooling towers, dams…) if the fixed tolerances are compatible with the method.
For projects which involve:
